I adkrd to be transferred but the staff at the front desk told me there was no other room available. They could not fix the water heater. They finally transferred me to another room but the air conditioner was not functioning in the next room. After taking a shower a staff rang the doorbell and Said it was a mistake. There were loud thumping sounds feom somewhere and could not. catch my precious sleep. I had to leave in an hour and could not have tim
